Joe Hentz was born and raised in West Bend, Wisconsin. He lives in Wales, Wisconsin with his wife, Megan, two daughters, Mae (born 2016) and Emmylou (born 2017), and the family’s chocolate lab, Howard. Joe focuses his practice on Estate Planning, Probate and Trust Administration, Real Estate, and Family Law.
Joe prides himself on being able to personally relate to all of his clients by discovering what their goals are and what motivates them on an individual basis. Once Joe understands what success looks like to his clients, he explains their legal circumstances in a way that the client can understand. Joe graduated from Ripon College with degrees in Psychology and Philosophy. He earned his Juris Doctor from the Charleston School of Law in Charleston, South Carolina. Joe spent his final semester of law school as a visiting student at the University of Wisconsin Law School as he and Megan decided to move back to Wisconsin to be closer to family.
Before law school Joe worked as an AmeriCorps VISTA supporting the Greater Fox Cities Area Habitat for Humanity in Appleton, Wisconsin. After completing two years with Habitat, Joe began working for Oshkosh Truck assisting a team that implemented a new Enterprise Resource Platform (ERP) to help streamline the Fortune 500 business’s global operations.
When he’s not in the office, Joe enjoys spending his free time with his family, following Wisconsin sports (Go Pack Go!), going to concerts, and trying his hand at woodworking.
