Our Team

William Swendson

Attorney | Masters in Tax

After graduating from the University of Wisconsin Law School, Bill returned to Oconomowoc where he grew up.  He says the decision just “felt right.”  He knew that the community was a great place to raise a family and he was confident that this was a place where he could make a difference.  He has never turned back. In fact, it is a rare occasion that Bill does not try to convince out-of-towners that they should seriously consider living here too.

Joe Hentz

Attorney | Managing Partner

After attending Ripon College, Joe worked for Habitat for Humanity in Appleton, where he met his wife Megan. Joe attended the Charleston School of Law in Charleston, South Carolina where he graduated in 2013. Joe and Megan moved back to Wisconsin to be closer to their families. Joe and Megan have two daughters, Mae and Emmylou, and office security dog, Howard. Joe joined the firm in 2014 and took over as managing partner in 2018.
